Chinese Padlocks

I've just bought a chinese padlock for 3$ and it doesn't look like any other padlock in the books. There is a page on the internet with a similar one, will someone explain me how does it work or how to open it?

appears to be a disc-lock, aka abloy knock-off....
we don't talk about opening disc locks in the open forums
