Well as a locksmith to replace drivers i use pin tweasers with the follower pushing up against the pin. I slip in in a bit, the follower holds it there then i push it in all the way.

Sorry Luke just read the post about your business. That's one way of saving money on tools...And my bond card used to get my picks through airport security. I don't think I'm going to be trying to do that anymore though.
