You could get your local locksmith to order you picks....that is what I do, and I even get the discount he gets....

Went to a local locksmith asked to borrow some locks to practice on, brought them all(like 15 locks) back the next day at half rotation and he asked what tools I was using. I showed him my home mades, and he offered to order me some picks from his supplier(he orders a lot of materials and gets a 5% discount)
