How the hell can i unlock this big one?

Hi!

Well my dad has a lock for me, And he said that its from his uncle.
And then when my dad is searching the lock and found....
Then it was a big one!
The lock is an Abloy 250
And it looks like i think this time is impossible to do it with my lockpicks.
Here you got some pictures of the lock.





This is the key:



One thing is, How the hell can i open this big lock??
Any advice?

The lock picks you would have for a pin-tumbler lock won't work on rotating disc-tumbler locks like the Abloy.

You require different picks and different skills.

"How" to pick these is restricted to the advanced sections, but there is plenty on this site detailing the internals of them, the principles of operation etc.

I can't tell from your pictures which Abloy it is, but there are various models of Abloy. Some are easier to pick than others, in the same way that a Schlage or Yale 6 pin lock is easier than a medeco biaxial or ASSA Twin

That said? You're not going to pick it.

If you decide to pull the core out of it, disassemble it carefully.

As said, advanced only. And the locks keyway is Profile by looking the second picture. Much harder to pick than Classic, which is somewhat doable with the right info and tools But as said, this is a no-no-topic.

In my area.. PGE uses that same lock for the Dam gates.
