ummm yeah. restate and clarify your intentions for specifics.

i will tell you this: viro locks are tricky, they arent beginner material. they can be very difficult, and can house some funs tricks...... i disassembled once............

other than that....... we need to know you mean no harm here.

Only place I have ever seen them used is on shop fronts, on the pull down shutter.
An odd lock to start your hobby on !!!!

my grandpa gave me a viro padlock once before, and thats where i got my experience on one.

though, regionally it probably differs. not to mention its an italian lock......

You will need to post a photo of the lock first so that we can make sure that it is not locked up to anything and isn't in use. You will not get any help from anybody on this forum until we see that.
