padlock problem

I am have a problem with the padlocks,the problem is this,i use the hook pick to unlock the lock i move up all the pins and the lock doesn't open pls help me.

Well just pushing the pins up won't open the lock.

I assume you are using a tension wrench along with the hook pick right? Did you read any of the Beginner Stickies in the General Info section first?

Your not setting the pins!

But seriously. we could do with a make and model of the lock. a picture of the key would also be nice. Chances are you are false setting a pin or over lifting.
