Anyone ever seen of used this?

I am relatively new to this but have done the basics. I am trying my hand at picking some American padlocks to try the spool pins they have. However, I am having trouble getting the tension wrench and pick both in the keyway. In my search I found this tool, which is obviously homemade and seems to be for just this purpose.

My question is twofold:
1. Anyone ever seen this or used something like it?
2. If so, is anyone handy with making picks willing to whip up one for me. I will gladly pay a fair price for it.

Looks interesting but wouldnt have much control on pressure and it would only be good for key ways that are exactly the same,also im sure someone will fix, Your pic's are huge takeing forever to load.

I have locked this thread for a few reasons,

I had to firstly edit those pics, the size of them was ridiculous, please preview your posts before hitting submit, it took me 20 mins for the thread to load up and im not happy,

I have now removed the pics as they are not yours and you did not see fit to give credit to the person whose pics you ripped off,

Finally if youve found the pics on this site then go to the thread where you saw them and make your post on there, do not make a new thread for it,
