I brought a lockwood pad. It says 121/50 hardened cost around 20 bucks. Its impossible to pick. The plug doesn't move that much. When i move a abit the the first pin goes up and down with the plug on da side. The other don't go in place. Lockwood are extremely hard.
Can anyone there help?
Where in Melbourne do we have lock pickin meetings because I need help and tips?

Could be a number of things. I'm not sure if that model has security pins, but you should be able to find out using tips from this forum (many already posted - do a search). Otherwise, it could be the shackle spring putting too much friction on the plug - that can make it hard to pick. I assume the lock hasn't been run over by a car, right

put handles in hot water to soften or use soapy water to slip on

I have a Lockwood mortise cylinder and it has pretty decent tolerances that can make it difficult for a lot of people to be able to pick the lock. Compared to locks like a Kwikset or Master a lot of the better quality locks gives very subtle feedback so it can be a pain to tell if you set the pins at the shearline or if you overlifted the pin stack. What helped me is to vary and experiment with different tension pressure until you find the amount of torque you're comfortable with. For me very light tension works.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

Start from the top. Slowly roll it down to avoid tearing.....

Haha, I saw that joke coming as soon as I began reading the thread . It was either going to be UW of Freakparade. Unstable, personally, I don't even bother putting the rubber handles on, it takes away from the feel.
