Forget it Mr. 420. You were already told not to muck with locks that aren't yours. You realize it's not at all convincing that you now come back saying you have permission?
Also, note that you can browse and read the thousands of posts that are already here and which just might have some help for beginning pickers.

Advise your mother to invest in a 24 inch bolt cutter.

24 inch? I didnt know they made them that small, Not much is more than cannon fodder for my 42" cutters, the dremel with cutoff wheels and the mini anglegrinder I use.

Well since Destructive Entry is not to be discussed in the open forums, I decided to keep my suggestions modest. :D

LOL... I forgot any kind of destructive entry is verboten in the public forums, not much technique with bolt cutters, and I can tell you, I have an american lock 2500 hockey puck lock that I drilled out the core of a while back (after being superglued) with the rotating cylinder shield on that baby and the solid steel housing, I believe I broke 17 drill bits trying to drill the cylinder (now I know there is a better bypass route) Thats what I consider destructive entry. (not a scratch on the lock, still need a new american lock 2500 cylinder though)
