your video seems to explain all of it already, it's basically an etching process that he's using to cut all the way through the blade. Personally I wouldn't use such a method because I would have to deal with oversizing the templates. However, CVScam is a member of this site and you may have better luck sending him a PM.

your only going to get a rough pick from this technique, you'll still have a lot of finishing work to do before you have a decent pick.
