17 piece set

Hey

I was looking at the southord lists and saw the 17 piece sets brass handle thing (its kindov obvious, I should have seen it before)
I was wondering, Is it something I should be intrested in adding to my picks set, or is it not worth the money.

What type of picks do you have? Hopefully you have the ones with the reinforced handles (mpxs sets)... then you won't need one.

If you have the picks without reinforced handles (psx sets), then you might considering picking one up...

I was planning on buying one of them.

I was also more intrested in what they would do to my feel

Do you have any picks already? If so, what kind? The ones with reinforced handles or not? (are the handles thicker then the tip of the pick, or is it all one peice of metal?)

You don't get as much feel from the lock as you would the other types but for long periods of practising they hurt your fingers a lot less.

If you're picking for an hour or two at a time you might want to get a set. The Dino Smart Commander set is also really nice on the fingers:

The only picks I have right now are homemade out of nails and very trashy.
