Anyone from Phoenix, AZ participating in this hobby? I'd like to get a group together, but I'm not sure of the legalities in Phoenix. Can someone fill me in?
Hobby lockpicking is perfectly legal in Arizona. Even the most restrictive US laws only apply legal penalties to possessing lockpicking tools if you are arrested for property crime while carrying them.
