I live about 9 miles south of Mexico, on the Caribbean Sea. In Chetumal, the southeasternmost city in Mexico, I know they use a lot of Phillips locks, which is an ASSA/ABLOY company that makes locks in Mexico. I have several of those and can make photos when I get a chance.
They usually come with at least three spool pins, and they use pins that are just enough smaller that .115 diameter pins that the standard pins won't fit. I haven't been able to find a source for them.
In Belize we have mostly Kwikset and clones.
