Advertising windows at bus shelters

Hi
Sorry I am a total noob to this stuff but can anyone advise me on how difficult it would be to open the advertising booths on bus shelters ?
I live in the UK and have noticed most are maintained by a company called JC Decaux
I would love to learn, but before i begin need to know how difficult the process will be.

And why would you need to open them? They are obviously not yours and if you had permission, you would have the key for it.
