U.S Picks/Euro Picks

Are their Euro type picks in the US that locksmith use or strictly US picks in the USA?

Euro/japanese picks are the same picks, just thinner.

But I mean are they used in United States? Or for the majority only in Europe/Japan.

Yes, they are used also as they are slimmer and fit easily into more keyways, but this is almost like asking if there is more blue cars than red cars in the US :) Both work but in the end it is a personal preference.

it is a myth to sell picks at higher price: US or european locks are the same size

Are european locks used in the united states? Or are United States Locks used in the united states only? Or Are They Both Used In Both Countries?

Like, I said, the only difference between them is how thick the picks are, so they are both used globally. If a lock needs a smaller pick, then a Euro/Japanese pick might be used. They are the SAME PICKS, just different thickness.

Here in France we can find Master Locks which is american indeed. A locksmith showed me Medeco European cylinders once...

I think in USA they could use European Brands for US type locks (there is no European Cylinders type locks in USA due to the type of doors used there).
