Hard one to answer, depends on the lock. I would say the pick gun may win the race more often, simply because the learning curve for that particular lock is not an issue. Some times you can manually pick a new to you lock in a few seconds, but realistically you normally have to find the pins setting order. The snap gun doesnt care, it sends all pins up at the same time and by working on the tension, opens the lock. Takes out the manual variable of going pin to pin.
