Even if greyfox isn't interested, I am. :)

So I believe that these open by turning counter-clockwise (Titan Residential, that is)

They're easy enough to make mate. you just need to make an undercut in the area 1st and 2nd pin so the key can turn past a certain point. Do you have a working key or are you doing this with no keys whatsoever?

that pic is from this auction:

Here's a great Kwikset Rekeying Manual for their locks, you're gonna really like this: http://www.kwikset.com/Trade/Literature/Resources/Rekeying%20Manual.pdf

p.s. There isn't just 1 super secret control key that will remove all the Titan cores on the planet. It's just a key with the same cuts, but has that piece of key cut out on the bottom.

Looks like squelchtone beat me to it  Anyway you can see from the photos what the control notch looks like. It's basically just a notch out of the key at the bottom of the warding, roughly between the second and third pin positions, counting from the shoulder stop. Adding that notch to a working key will turn it into a core removal key.

Oops, I might've meant between the first and second pins. Ugh. If it were me I'd just cut off half the bottom of the key and call it a day... :P

I kinda think they are pointless for a locksmith. Most of the locks require the locking spindle removed to be able to withdraw the core anyway. This means that the lock has to be removed from the door.

Simple to pick and turn 180º to remove the core. Same again to reinsert.
