I've been lockpicking the last few days and buying more and more locks for practice. Yesterday I bought a pair of handcuffs - professional ones in metal and all, not the ones you can open just by shaking it.
To add an element of suspense and challenge - and supposedly because handcuffs are sooo easy to open - I added an extra challenge: I handcuffed myself to a chair and challenged myself to unlock it with only one hand. This was to add a sense of reality and also to "force" me to lockpick successfully. Naturally, I threw away the key as I didn't want to see where the pins were located (in real life, you wouldn't know).
I've now spent the last 4 hours handcuffed to a chair and I have absolutely no idea what to do. I've tried every pick in my pack - raking, bumping, anything I could think of - without any sucess. I am starting to think it is a warded lock.
Locksmiths aren't an option because there is only one in my town and it will cost me 150$ at best. I've tried to cut it but I don't have any of the tools.
So... what do I do?
