I am looking to buy a electric pick and I was just wandering what was your thoughts on the best one to get?

depends on your budget. I have the HPC and the KLOM and both do the job. I hear the Wendt is the bees knees though.

you can make your own electronic pick by modifying a electric tooth brush or taking the vibrating motor and attaching a pick on the end. You can use epoxy to attach the pick. These videos may help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFbJ1tZecUA and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZV0Mp1ctr9s
