For the newer master padlocks, there are not 60,000 combinations but other than breaking the padlock, you either have to shim it or brute force it, yes.
I believe combo locks are in the advanced section because they are so widely used to keep people out of stuff. If they are in advanced we can't talk about methods to open them in the general area.

But we can talk about opening the common Master Lock pin tumbler and warded locks? What about the Kwikset and Schlage residential and commercial locks that are used on almost all homes and businesses in the United States?
