Hey guys, I couldn't find a thread that explains this so I'll ask straight away instead.
I live in Bulgaria(East Europe), have no idea if there are any other members from over here but here's what I've been wondering after going quickly through the law thread.
Is there a chance to get in trouble just for shipping a set of beginner lock-picks to my address. You know how they are going to pass through the customs and it will say something like "15 Piece Slim Line Euro Lock Pick Set" on the bill.
I am aware of the fact that you are not familiar with the laws here but I couldn't find anything.
