You should never try to pick a lock that you are using because the odds are very good you will screw it up if you dont know what your doing

and even at that you can find jigglers on any site that sells picks, they are very simple tools, simular to rakes. and to add to that like rakes, i don't belive they work very well.

No i dont think there are,

Jigglers are intended mainly for auto locks and some fileing cabinet locks but in experiance all they do is lessen the life of the lock, home made ones would do this even quicker unless great care in finishing them is taken,

The are rarely used by lockies and those that do use them have had a lot of practice and know little else on getting through the lock so theyve become accustomed to them and use them regulary with great success but for hobby pickers? they should never be near your tools set, they are as good/bad as bump keys, no place in a sport/hobby pickers tool box,

Jigglers, at least the ones I have seen and used are an interesting lot. The ones I used were for GM side bar locks. The idea being that side bar locks are not able to be picked by the same methodology as regular pin tumbler locks. The jiggler essentially seems to allow you to guess many combinations quickly and hope that one of them opens the lock.

As a tool for a professional they may have their place because the goal is to get a customer to the other side of the lock. However as a "picker" professional, hobbiest or otherwise they are not truely a pick and certainly do not add to your skill. But that is just my opinion.
