Accidentally got pins mixed up and springs jammed.

Accidentally got pins mixed up and springs jammed.

I recenty took apart a 30mm brinks padlock, and i could not get the pins bak in HELP

Get a plug follower and really long and narrow tweezers and take your time. And for each pin you get back in push the follower in to cover it, then when you get them all in stick in a shim, or really really carefully slide the plug back in slowly.

Sounds like you need to pick it or shim it if your orignal key is not working anymore.
If you forced the plug by turning it with excessive force, thus getting the springs jambed between the plug and cylinder, you will have to force it back, remove the plug and replace the damaged springs etc. This can and probably did leave scratches on the plug and cylinder surfaces, but probably can be salvaged.
