Is there a place that sells quality cut away practice cylinders? I bought 3 and they seem like they are made out of junk. An address or any help will be very much apprecitated.

I would practice on cylinders that are *not* cut away. I do not know of any companies that sell cutaways (for practice) that are "quality", buy you sure can find quality locks that are not cut away to practice on.
