I haven't see anyone selling ingersoll 10 lvr blanks
here in the U.S
maybe you should be able to get it in the UK :)

Which keyway?

The standard keyways are widely available from SKS, JMA and the usual suspects. They may have been difficult to get once upon a time, but since the patent expired they're as comon as muck.
