Curtis pc+ code machine have'n troubles

Hi, this is David, i own the curits pc+ code machine, this unit is not cutting keys very well, barnes will not send a rep to adjust this unit, they did when i owed them money, but now its pay for they dont return my calls,nor give me some one to help me out.. and it wont cut keys right, can anyone here know of someone who can repair or adjust this unit? thanks David From A1 Rutherford Locksmith #553 ncll

Can you post a pic of the unit?

Often it is just an alignment problem. there are adjustments that can be made, but if the unit is still under warranty - they have to fix it.
