Even the copy on the site reads oddly.

I have a similar lock labled Teshen or something like that I suspect is from somewhere in Asia cos of the writing that was on the display stand. It's made more cheaply than the original MTL but for some reason it is so much more difficult to pick.

They're just Mul-T-Lock Classic knock offs now that the patents have expired. Poor construction, similar to MTL's "Garrison" line, which, if you've never had the pleasure, looks and feels like a toy lock.
