kind of new, stuck on a solution for this lock

i was recently employed by my buddie to pick a lock on an old carwash vacuum cleaner, it needs a new motor and the maintenance panel is locked, ive picked a few low security locks before but not any medium or high security ones, it seems to have 6 pins and when i pop the 1st one (closest to the opening) it locks up the lock and no longer pinches the pins.
