Tension wrench fails?

Hey!

I tried to pick my door, but everytime the tension wrenches ( Have tried 4 ) just fails.. I just stick it in to begin with, and everything is fine. But when I pick 1 pin it just get all loose :S

Not a good idea picking your own door lock. What would happen if the lock fails? You could be locked out, locked in or the door could become unlockable. Any of these will cost you good money calling a locksmith out to repair any faults.
Best advice:- DO NOT PICK LOCKS IN USE!
