First I want to say hello to everyone and am amazed at what a great resource this site is!!!
I've been toying with locks for a few years off and on but nothing serious. . .I mostly play with common pin & tumbler locks.
I've recently ran into a wall with a schlage dead bolt. . .It looks like a b60 to me. . .but? . . .I was able to pick the lock but once I rotated the tumbler 180 degrees it locked. . .I can move the tumbler back and forth maybe +/- 5 degrees but it is being held in place by something. . .the pins are not movable in this position and I cant even insert a key
At first I thought i might be like the everest lock but didnt think I would even be able to move the tumbler from its locked position.
Anybody every have this happen to them?. . .what kind of system is this?. ..What new tool do I need to aquire =) Thanks in advance!!
Vinny
