Hi Logosys, welcome back!
Since you used to be here, and recently came back, I shouldn't have to remind you that we do have that fancy Search button, which will lead you to the other posts in the last month also asking for the best places to buy locks.

If you're cheap like most of us here are, ebay is the best place for the most variety and good prices. If you have cash to blow, visit a local locksmith and spend $5 to $95 per cylinder depending on the brand, keyway, and level of security. I stopped by my local Medeco dealer recently looking for locks to bring to TOOOL meetings, and he was nice enough to sell me some MX keyway cylinders for $6 a piece with keys, and some other Corbin keyway and KW1 keyway generic cylinders made by GMS for $12 a piece with keys, all keyed differently. The nice thing is that they are all brand new, no gunk or graphite or any other crud in them. Some of the locks for sale on ebay, may be well priced, but some are also very used.
Your local ReStore is another place to check.
Happy shopping,
Squelchtone
