The cuts "may" be spaced correctly, but the actual cuts are all over the place. The angles look to be all different and the "teeth" are not the same height.
Now this key could work, but if one of the lower teeth is used on a deeper bitting, it may not bump and bottom pin high enough to puch the top pin past the shear line.
Ah I see. I tried to round off the angles to a more even look. I also did try to make all the teeth the same height. Here are two more pics:


Any other advice? I have an old lock I am testing them on and I could post a vid and maybe some one could tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance!
