Greetings from Holland!
I found the shop easily, its on Van Woustraat about one block towards the centrum from Albert Cuyp markt.
The windows were covered with tens, maybe hundreds of old locks and keys. Some strage old locks too, like a temperature lock. I guess you can set it so that it needs to be cold or war enough before the lock opens. Inside it was a modern key cutting service. Maybe 1500-2000 different key blanks on one wall, some firesafes, bike locks etc. Half of the room was for employees only, it looked like they prepared and restaured old trunks, cabins and locks. Their speciality seemed to be antigue keys and fixing old lever and warded locks.
The guy behind the counter was busy cutting keys and people were coming in so I did not want to disturb him with my stupid questions.
In short, it is not worth travelling to Amsterdam just for this shop, but if you are going to the city anyways its definetly worth checking out. You will be going to Albert Cuyp markt anyway, and it is only a block away.

And this is the whole album (15 photos):
