i cant figure out how to insert the needle into my snap gun

i cant figure out how to insert the needle into my snap gun

its a snap gun but i cant figure out how to insert the needles. Does anyone else have one of these? ive tried to turn the screws but they wont budge, maybe they were put in too tight?

I don't have that model. The screw should loosen to allow the needle to be pulled out. Either it is too tight like you stated, or it is a left hand threaded screw. Try to turn it in the other direction.

i cant move it at all, any tips for moving a really tight screw?

Pierce is a good quality penetrating oil. Perhaps spray some on it, wait a day then try to loosen it. Make sure you're using a good quality screwdriver. A Harbor Freight cheapie may not be shaped as precisely as a good one and could be more likely to strip the head.

On mine, the screw is on the right hand side of the needle and screws counter clockwise to loosen, so if yours is the same then definitely turn it CCW. If it won't budge, do what MBI said or if you want to loosen it a bit quicker you could try some freeze spray. If it's new you could aways send it back to southord, they're very helpful and will offer a replacement if it came to you in that condition :)
