Is the Lockpickshop.com still running?

Im hoping you can help, I have recently bought some of products from the lockpickshop.com but I have not heard anything from them so far. Apparently my payment was successfull. So Im just wondering if they are still up and running? and how long I will have to wait for them to contact me/send my order?

EDIT: Just checked my order and it states that it is Backordered. Please can you tell me what this means?

Backorder means the seller is out of the item you ordered and will send the item when they have one in stock.
