As the title says , I have this padlock which I've picked plenty of times but the thing is what I was curious about is, I can pick the first pin (from the front) and it will stay up with no tension applied at all , what does that mean? Is it normal? Lol the brand is drawbridge (I know that prob has nothing to do with it anyway lol) P.S what is that little pin hole next to the cylinders?
Thanks everyone!

If you're familiar with key pins and driver pins (and assuming it's a pin tumbler lock) you may be overlifting that first one, hence the key pin "disappearing". :)

Or if your cylinder rotates a little after you feel you've set one pin, it may very well be a security pin. Have a look in the FAQs section and on the whole board's tutorials

Cheers :D
