You cannot learn in a book what you could learn by spending a month here on the forum talking to people, or even watching some of the youtube videos that have been made. Dev's book is an exception because it was written recently and covers all of the info from here and his talks and presentations at TOOOL lockpicking villages held during various conferences.
If you do want to take a walk down memory late, the MIT Guide to Lockpicking is good, as well as Locksport International Visual Guide PDF.
