You can get it working yourself.
You have to get all the wafers lined up with shear line when the key is in the cylinder. This is little more demanding than with pin tumblers because the key goes through wafers instead just putting the right pin in the right place. But the principle is same, when the key is in with all wafers the cylinder must be able to rotate inside the lock housing.
You have 10 wafers and your key has different depth cuts. Sort those wafers so that you know what size goes to the tip of the key, that is the one which you have most. You can try one wafer at time, it might be easier so. And make notes which place they belong
Look closely your lock housing and figure out what way those wafers go in.
You should be able to put it back together, there might be some more tips coming from more experienced members too.
Good luck and let us know how it went!
