I have a business trip to India coming up. We are going to Bangalore and Delhi.

Are there any stores or sources of interesting locks, picks, tools? Any museums with lock hardware on display?

We are interested, but most of us don't know locksmiths or lock related things located in India. Hope you have a great trip!

There was a guy around here from India. I wonder if he will chirp in.

I did see a locksmith on the street in New Delhi who was basically working on board set on top of a wooden box. I also picked up a cheap padlock (they seem to like level locks there) to mess with. I didn't see anything specifically geared towards locksport or tools through.

It can be a little surprising what some of those people working out of a bicycle or a box top can do. Some improvise quite well, while others... not so much.
