Was looking for a little info on some items

I came across this and purchased it on a recent pick. I'm guessing it's a locksmith set but not sure. Age seems to vary on the tools. Two tier case with various items. Any help on identification of the items would be appreciated. Thank you. Pictures attached in link.

Case is probably an old pin kit. Mostly just as already said. Safe change stuff. I would place a resale value of $60-$80 on it.
