nope. it is limited because d-bags from days gone by used to start sh*t and then come back and hour or two later and edit out their replies and then played dumb and said "i never said that"
I have to finish the permissions in each sub forum so that edit works, I think I was leaving it open for 30 minutes which is usually enough if someone's picture doesnt load or they want to fix a mistake or add a forgotten thought.
I think most of the forum rules are also in place because someone did something along the way that made the admins and mods before me make certain rules and forum settings.
