Yeah, we probably can't help you ID that. It's called a Neuter Bow key, used by apartments and property management companies so that someone can't easily ID it and go make a copy of a key or buy a blank and make themselves a copy. It's a rudimentary form of key control.
Okay thanks. I wanted to know because I own a business and wanted to know what kind of key I have/lock so I can go up to the hardware store and get one copied . I went up their and the gave me a SC20 key. It fits but does not want to turn.

Sounds like the hardware store gave you the right key, too bad their key machine is out of adjustment...
If you make a copy of a worn key you get a copy of a warn key Most hardware stores just duplicate what they are given with little attention to the accuracy of the machine
