Where to buy American locks in Australia

Greetings
I am just getting started on this forum so please excuse if i am posting in the wrong place here.
I live in Melbourne, Australia in the eastern suburbs i just wanted to know if their is anywhere around Melbourne that sells American brand locks i do see them in Oz usually on kids rides and those claw machines etc, So i assume that someone must sell them here even if its an online store in Oz that would be good unfortunately although i can by them on ebay they are from the USA and the postage can be a bit of a killer.
if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
