As for the question,
Is there any factory locks that can't be picked...
The closest one I can think of,
Would be the "Bowley Lock."
Not saying that it could never be picked...
Because it's not fully open to the public,
(Last I've heard)
And it will take the time of a genius
(Most likely hands on)
To come up with a universal attack,
And the tools that can defeat all of
the production line.

Wouldn't take much effort at all, they can be bumped and impressioned. MCS is a much harder challenge.

It was an original Arrow (AR4). I rekeyed some levers and had the keys left over.

I agree with kwoswalt99, the Bowley looks bumpable. I read a thread a while ago on 'the other site' where the designer (or someone affiliated) said that the mechanism prevents bumping. Even if that were the case though, I can think of several other attacks that would work.
