Practicing on US Locks

Hi
As a newcomer to the sport im looking to practice on all sorts of locks. The recommended locks are repinnable US versions. Stupid question im sure but will the differences affect my training as i live in England?

I have seen a few posts on the differences but the one that stands out is Slimmer keyways. The reverse key entry may be a factor in the real world as well. But the differences as a newcomer could be a problem as i see it.

Seems to me that most US made locks are easy to pick-Much easier than most locks found where you live
