Binding order

Would the binding order change with different sizes of key or driver pins or is it consistent with the core and bible ?

Its mostly driven by the variance in the pin chambers in the plug and housing or core and bible as you call it.

Changing the length of bottom pins and drivers should not affect the order, but machining variance in the pin diameter may actually have an effect.

If you were also meaning different pin diameters mixed in, then smaller diameter pins would bind later?

The length of the driver pins can affect binding order, but it is very minimal in my experience.

Was thinking that too. A shorter pin would be able to tilt more than longer, and bind later?
