Yale X5 Rim Cylinder

Postby Zeppelin147 » 13 Jan 2005 17:15

I have just bought a Yale X5 Rim Cylinder, because i wanted a cylinder lock that i could repin. However, upon removing it from the package, i couldnt find a way of removing the plate at the back of the cylinder. I am a newbie, so i suspect that im making a stupid mistake. Any tips would be very helpful.
Thanks

Have a search for x5, and you'll find a posting that covers picking/dismantling the x5 - hopefully this will answer your question.

Good luck.
