PLEASE try to type properly also - "I've" is a contraction of "I have" not actually one word - the apostrophe is there to indicate the missing letters "ha". I apologies if english is not your native language.

I use a plug spinner tool which I believe is made by A-1. It's looks primitive but I get excellent results with it. The spring is exposed that you just wind up about a turn and a half , set the trigger, insert the blade into the plug and release the trigger. Whamo, it's now picked in the right direction..Sells for about $30 US

Or you can try a tension wrench with a rubber band.
