The only places you're going to be able to buy see-through practice locks are online lock pick stores or ebay, and it's going to be very, very expensive. All the ones I've seen go for $40+. If you really want a see-through lock, I highly recommend you buy a dremel tool and make your own. Romstar made an excellent post a while back detailing the process needed to make a see-through lock, completely with glass cover. The dremel tool itself will be cheaper than a practice lock, and is also an excellent tool for making homemade picks.
If I decided to make a see-through lock, I'd get a mortise cylinder and cut it similarly to what Matt Blaze (crypto.com) did. It's easy, and no plexiglass (spelling/name?) is required.

well, i saw a post just yesterday that mentioned it but just then, my computer got as unstable as a drunk on a highwire and i was forced to reboot(i estimate i had 10 seconds left before a full crash due to the apps i was running). i already have a dremel but i dont trust myself to ame a lock... maybe i will post a pic of my first pick attemt just to show how 'good' i am with it.

I would make a hook pick before any rake, except maby a set of Bogota and Sabana rakes. By the way, nice use of gaff tape in that cutaway.

What kind of tool did you use to make that? Just a Dremel tool?

Looks like a Dremel to me. Every lock that I've ever destructively dissassembled has been with a dremel or hand file. Of course, the black gaff is the true secret to success.

goto your local liquidation world and buy some kwikset titan deadbolts. they're easy as all hell to pop open and remove pins and whatnot.

well, i pulled out the rear pin of my gaff-1 (i dunno the actuall brand of the lock. i found it in my garage) and was able to hack it in about a minute.
I still have my Gaff-2 (no cutout yet) to crack open before i go buy more locks.
