Is tecvoid.com legit?

My friend recently ordered their 14 piece set and it has been four weeks now and nothing has came. He emailed them about it a week or so ago and got no response. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate sight or is my friend out of luck?

I seem to recall a thread about tecvoid where the owner was trying to promote his site. Not sure, but in my opinion, the site isn't to be trusted.

The answer is NO if anyone is as disreputable as to falseify support for his site then he is not to be trusted, at least imho.

Well, was looking at his site and there was no place to track your order, and no adress for contact, which seemed a bit off to me. Also, the terms of sale seem to be copied verbatim from lockpicks.com. Not sure if that is a big deal or not, that just seemed off to me as well.
